As a product manager, I advocate on behalf of the needs of the customer, coordinate with stakeholders and contribute to the product strategy/roadmap. I enjoy User Experience (UX) research, creating testable concepts, and working cross-functionally to prioritize what matters most.
As a service designer, I help companies plan and organize their people, processes, and tools in order to improve Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX). I interview stakeholders and map user journeys to identify pain points and frictions, facilitate co-creation workshops to experiment with new solutions, and iteratively develop a Service Blueprint
As an innovation coach, I work with leaders to create an organizational design that adapts to change. We explore current concerns, emerging technologies, and disruptive trends. We recruit a team from all levels to develop a clear vision and innovation strategy that incorporates social, environmental, and governance goals. We coach team members to better understand how their personal values might align with the innovation strategy. And we work with management to allocate ample resources for experimentation, cultivate external relationships, and encourage creativity (and fun).
